These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and FreeDatingNow.com (“FreeDatingNow”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of our website, members area and app (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
• You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
• You must not have been convicted of a violent or sexual offence, and must not be required to register as a sex offender.
• You may have only one account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for escorting, prostitution, “sugar”/compensated dating or any exchange of money, gifts or benefits for companionship or sexual activity.
• Ask other members for money or financial information, or attempt to defraud anyone.
• Harass, threaten, intimidate or discriminate against anyone, or post sexually explicit, violent or hateful content.
• Impersonate anyone, use photos of other people, or misrepresent your age or identity.
• Advertise, solicit or promote any commercial product or service, or send spam.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated means to access the Service, or interfere with its security or operation.
• Post anything illegal, or anything involving minors.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post (photos, text, messages). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and resize that content solely to operate and promote the Service within the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content others already received (e.g. messages). You confirm you have the rights to all content you post.

5. Moderation

We may review, remove or refuse any content and suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, to protect members, or where required by law. We are not obliged to monitor content but act on reports.

6. Interactions with other members

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. We do not conduct criminal background checks or verify the identity of members. Please read our safety tips and use caution when communicating with or meeting anyone.

7. Free service

The Service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce optional paid features in future, they will be subject to separate terms presented before purchase.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeDatingNow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Service or conduct of other members. Our total liability for any claim is limited to USD $100. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Ending your account

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Changes

We may change these Terms. We will notify you of material changes; continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FreeDatingNow.com is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.
