From sign-up to your first conversation in a few minutes.
1. Create your free account
Choose I am a Woman or I am a Man, then enter your first name, email, date of birth and location. You must be at least 18.
2. Build a profile people want to reply to
Upload up to 12 clear, recent photos and write a little about yourself and what you’re looking for. Profiles with a photo and a short bio get far more replies.
3. Set your match preferences
Choose who you’d like to meet and your preferred age range – for example a woman of 30 might look for men aged 40–60. You can also filter by country and show only members with photos.
4. Browse, favorite and say hi
Your match list only shows people who fit your criteria and who are looking for someone like you. Open a profile, tap Say hi to send a friendly opener, or write your own message.
5. Stay in control
See who viewed and liked you, hide your profile when you need a break, block or report anyone, and delete your account whenever you like.
